Sarah Sorgie is senior associate of Ramey & Kampf, P.A. She has extensive experience navigating the defense in first and third party claims. Sarah understands the importance of staying in close contact with clients to ensure we are working towards a successful resolution in a timely manner. Each case presents unique and complex issues that require a full understanding of the relevant facts and law. The goals of each client are often specific to the individual case and Sarah works with the client to apply creative strategies to meet each client’s needs. She was awarded 10 Best Female Attorney in Client Satisfaction in 2016.
She represents clients in both litigation and appeals, to include appeals to the Circuit Court, Appellate Court, and Writs of Certiorari. She is proficient in the Court room with legal research, and motion practice. Sarah has handled an array of cases to include ERISA and §1983 claims. She currently focuses on the nuances of PIP litigation from the initial handling of a claim to the resolution of a lawsuit. She directs clients through the ever changing No Fault Act and case decisions of the various counties interpreting the seemingly simple but complex statutory provisions.
Sarah earned her juris doctorate at Stetson University College of Law. She was a SBA Class Representative as well as a member of Phi Delta Phi. She also attended Rollins College where she acquired her B.S. in History and graduated cum laude while working part-time in the insurance industry.
